All Ouie creations are made to order unless specified as "In Stock - Ready to Ship". Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your order to be created and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We offer Express Worldwide shipping that is tracked and insured for your peace of mind. Delivery times and costs are calculated at the checkout and are dependant on your shipping destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

Made-to-Order and Custom items

Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-order and customised items, we do not accept returns or cancellations unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
