Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £1,000.

How fast is UK shipping?

UK orders are shipped on an express 1-3 business day service after completion of the build. All products are made to order so please allow up to 6 weeks for your product to be made.

Whilst we strive to uphold our stated delivery times, during busier periods, ouie cannot always guarantee the regular delivery times as displayed.

Tax and Duty

Your order will be shipped from within the UK, therefore there are no additional costs on the delivery of your order.

How fast is International shipping?

International orders are shipped on an express 5-7 business day service after completion of the build. All products are made to order so please allow up to 6 weeks for your product to be made.

Tax and Duty

You will be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country. Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

General Shipping

How do I track my order?

You will be sent your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. You are also able to track your order at various stages through our tracking portal here.

How do I edit my shipping address?

Please contact our customer support info@ouie.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched this may not be possible depending on the progress of your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns on non-faulty goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ouie.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
