Placing an Order

Every Ouie piece begins its life with intent. We do not hold inventory and each order is made specifically for you.

You can place your order directly through our website, or, for more significant purchases, request a one-on-one appointment with our concierge. These private consultations are available in person or online, and allow for deeper discussion around bespoke considerations or specific requests.

The Manufacturing Process

Once your order is confirmed, your piece enters production. It will be built by hand in one of our trusted specialist ateliers, a process that balances traditional techniques with precision-led innovation including CNC machining. On average, production takes up to seven weeks from the point of order, though timelines may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the piece or seasonality.

Every piece is individually quality checked by our internal team before it is sent for hallmarking. Ouie pieces carry a full UK hallmark, certified by the London Assay Office — a final step that ensures authenticity and material integrity. Hallmarking typically takes one additional week.

Packaing and Delivery

Packaging is tailored to the piece:

  • Orders under £3,000 are delivered in a drawstring dust bag made from vintage cotton-check fabrics, individually sourced in limited quantities and never repeated.
  • Orders over £3,000 arrive in our signature machine-milled aluminium hard case, accompanied by the cotton dust bag. These cases are also available separately for gifting or storage.

Once complete, your order is shipped fully insured via DHL Express. Worldwide delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location. All shipments are tracked, signed for, and discreetly packaged.

Aftercare

Your order includes a certificate of authenticity and is covered by a lifetime manufacturing guarantee. We also offer one complimentary service within the first year of purchase. Further services are available on request.
