Ouie offers free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To receive your pre-paid return label, please contact ouie@ouie.co.uk with your order number and items you wish to return. When requesting your return, please disclose the reason for your return. All items must be returned intact and in their original condition including their packaging. Ouie does not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the customer.

While rare, if for some reason you have received a faulty item, please notify us via ouie@ouie.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with images describing the defect.

Refunds

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Once processed, you will receive a refund notification via email and refunded on your original payment method. Please note the time associated to receiving your refund may vary according to the payment method used for your order.

Exchanges

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as once an order is placed, we are no longer able to adjust it.

Orders

When placing an order on Ouie, you will receive an email notification with your order details. Once your order has been placed you will receive an additional email with your tracking number.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on ouie@ouie.co.ukwith your order details. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the cancelation of your order if it is already being processed.

Payment methods

Ouie accepts all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, IDeal, ShopPay, ApplePay, Google Pay and Paypal. Please note that orders placed with PayPal will only be processed once your transaction has been approved by PayPal.

Once an order has been placed you can no longer change your payment details.

Jewellery Care

To preserve the polish of your silver, gold and platinum jewellery, avoid exposure to household cleaning products and bleach.

We recommend that you avoid exposing diamond, gemstone and pearl jewellery to variable temperatures, cosmetics and ultrasonic cleaning. 

Cleaning Your Jewellery

1. Apply a small amount of jewellery cleaner to a soft cloth. 
2. Gently rub the piece with the cloth several times.
3. Rinse thoroughly in warm water.
4. Blot dry and shine your piece with our polishing cloth or mitts. This will remove the tarnish and restore shine. 

Packaging

All our jewellery is shipped including a premium branded dust bag, products valued over £2,000 are shipped with the signature Ouie aluminium hard-case.

Hard cases can also be purchased separately for gifting purposes.
